About the Counselor
Hi! I am the school counselor/support aide at Altmayer. I have my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UWGB and recently graduated with my Master's degree from Lakeland University. In the past, I have worked in the Denmark School district as a paraeducator and substitute school counselor. At Altmayer, my roles include teaching life skills to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade students. Life skills involve subjects such as self-esteem, friendship skills, careers, study skills, and safety. I also meet with students and small groups on behavioral interventions. I am a great resource for students, staff, and families.
